Course Description

Upon completion of the 47+ hours, asynchronous, online training, & passing a final exam, each participant will be certified as a CHW & eligible for employment in organizations serving individuals, families, older adults, & youth in a variety of settings, including: inpatient & outpatient medical/behavioral health, schools, churches & community centers.

ASPIN’s CHW Certification training is approved by Indiana Medicaid.
